Problem
Create a Plans Book for Mellow Mushroom, a restaraunt franchise, that addresses the following:
-Recommend 3 new locations for Mellow Mushroom restaraunts
-Induce Trial in the recommended locations
-Create a grand opening marketing plan for the flagship new location
-Suggest an approach to gather and store customer information
Approach
My team's first task was to form an advertising agency and brand ourselves. We became Muse, and you can see our logo on the final page of the book above. Details of how my team chose to approach the problems presented for Mellow Mushroom can be found in the plans book itself. I was solely responsible for the layout and design of the book, and for conceptualizing and writing the customer data capture section of the book. I also contributed ideas for and assisted with the rest of the book.
